Supporting clients in the development and delivery of consent applications and supporting environmental information, including Section 36 Consents, Marine Licence Applications, Town and Country Planning Applications and Development Consent Orders (DCO). Supporting consent and licence variations, as required, in line with project design finalisation and project programme.
Project Management
Offering a range of project management services including project financial management, project risk management, programme management, management of specialist contractors, including development and managing survey strategies and survey management and stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
Impact Assessment
Leading and developing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRA), providing client point of contact, consents, environment and project management support. Overseeing development and technical review of environmental documentation, including risk review and quality assurance. Authoring technical documentation, including EIA and HRA chapters and supporting information including development of a derogation case. Supporting the development and delivery of appropriate compensation and mitigation measures.
Stakeholder Management
Supporting stakeholder engagement, consultation and relationship management through well established relationships with key UK Regulators and stakeholder groups, to maintain relationships and ensure successful outcomes.
Client support
Supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-feasibility and site selection, consent applications including EIA and HRA, examination and determination and post consent support, to ensure effective discharge of consent conditions and marine licence requirements, to enable start on site and compliance monitoring throughout construction.
